Not a fault with the seller but they never replied to me when I reported a problem with the product. I bought a Sealey torque wrench from them but when I opened it there was a screw not fitted into the head of it but I found the screw in the box. I went to screw it in but the thread is not good in the wrench so will not tighten. I have had to use the wrench because that is why I bought it but not happy to be using a new torque wrench with only 1 screw in the head.
