Tree received in non-working condition. Seller suggested I take it to my local hardware store for them to look at it? Seller should pay return shipping as item was not as described. Seller also stated in ebay message that maybe he should have taken the bulb from the socket before shipping. Asked for partial refund Seller not returning messages, but kept my money.
