If only everything in life was as simple.
I wasn’t sure what to expect in terms of how well this head cleaner would work but I need not have worried. My printer gave out the dreaded message that there was a problem with the print head. I was not happy as a replacement printer was about £220 and a replacement head was £120 which wasn’t cheerful news either. So at the small price of this item I thought it worth a go. The instructions were simple and easy to execute. Plus a couple of videos on YouTube and I was confident in tackling the job. It was really straightforward and, once done, the printer worked fine. Works very well
This worked very well and restored my printhead to working conditions. Much cheaper than a new printhead! The instructions were clear and worked. You certainly need the gloves provided. I did the cleaning in an old plastic food tray. i used a couple more paper towels, which get soaked in ink & cleaning fluid. But they had dried out overnight, so were easy to dispose of. Do make sure you have a new set of cartridges. The old, part used, ones I first tried gave a printer error. A set of new (remanufactured) cartidges solved that problem and the printer has been good since.This worked very well and restored my printhead to working conditions. Much cheaper than a new printhead! The instructions were clear and worked. You certainly need the gloves provided.
