I paid £12.99 for two bare rooted live plants with free postage. On t 12th of Jan, It was dispatched on t 19th Jan, 4th of Feb I received a royal mail card. I needed to pay an extra £3.50. Which I did. What I received was not worth having. After that long in t post. I did get a refund of t £3.50. But t refund of t £12.99 has been a challenge. I have now received a refund of £9.49 Which still leaves me £3.50 out of pocket t cost of t extra postage. So can't leave a good feedback in any way.

The bulbs took 14 days to be delivered as opposed to the 3-5 days as stated. When they did arrive they were badly damaged due to poor packaging as seen in photos and were no way near as grown as the pictures suggest. When I asked for a refund he just wanted me to package them up and post them back!! I do not need the hassle!! I can’t really go out which is why I ordered them from EBay in the first place. Avoid this seller.

Ordered to give as a gift for Christmas. I was informed the item was despatched. When it did not arrive 10 days later I enquired and was told that there was no good specimen available. However when I searched again, the same supplier had 10 specimens available but now at 8 times the original price! Sorry Plant Easy. I do not have the confidence to order from you again. Price gouging?
