Excellent book for crochet practitioners from beginners to experts
I bought this book many many years ago when I had started to remind myself of how my Grandmother had taught me to crochet. I have since bought the book for my Daughter and now for my Granddaughter. The book is filled with information, that I still refer to such as the best size hook for a specific weight of yarn or a new stitch, etc. There is such an extensive list of stitches, that I have even used these suggestions to make up my own patterns, when I make my blankets. A Great Start to Crochet!
I'm a total beginner and needed a book that was easy to follow. This has a step by step guide to make starting to crochet less daunting. The pictures really help with each step too. There are a variety of stitches and some nice patterns. I'm so looking forward to creating something.

Really nice book (most of DK are very good) and this didn't disappoint. The pictures are clear to follow and there are some great, simple projects to try. Very happy with this little book as I'm a complete beginner and it doesn't look too confusing or daunting.
