I received my order this morning after ordering just 3 days ago. It would have been only 1 day but Royal Mail cocked it up. Buy with confidence. Just make sure you don't order out of business hours. As I tried to cancel 1 minute after realising I forgot to add a code for a reduction to the order, But it had already been processed automatically.

Weirdest transaction ever! Purchased lock at a discount and paid under £20. Next day package arrives and when opened a scrap lock was inside. An old scrap lock and not even complete…. Sent several messages to seller about rogue employee or process but how can a seller get hold of a scrap lock? Return excepted sent lock back and got my money back. The transaction was so confusing. Did seller do it as they got the discount from Ebay? Was it just a weird error? Weird?
