As requested, I provided a photo and the seller did issue replacements, though fewer than promised and 10 were of the same poor quality. My request for a partial refund (which I would have put towards buying replacements from elsewhere) was ignored. Sadly, not a positive experience and not a seller I could recommend to others, which I would always do if possible.
