As the Turbocharger shaft floats on a layer of pressurised oil, it would look like an underlying issue is present on the application which has not been corrected when you installed the new unit, the application has not been primed, or the boost control not set correctly. I can see you have not made contact regards your issue, please do so as these CHRA include 12 months manufacturer warranty, so we can get this looked at for you.
