If for any reason you are not satisfied with your goods, we will refund the price of the goods provided that they are returned unused and in original condition, together with the original packaging (if applicable), within 14 days of the date of the invoice, a copy of which must be returned with the goods. This guarantee does not cover effects arising from accidental damage or misuse of the watch, and is automatically lost if the watch is opened by non-qualified or unauthorised people. Straps, glass and batteries are not covered under the guarantee. All other products: are covered by a return to base guarantee against faulty materials or workmanship for twelve months (60 days in the case of tools used in the hire trade) from the invoice date. The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive is now UK law.
 
The legislation aims to make producers pay for the collection, treatment and recovery of waste electrical equipment.
 
The regulations also mean that suppliers of equipment like high street shops and internet retailers must allow consumers to return their waste equipment free of charge.
 
The amount of WEEE we throw away is increasing by around 5% each year, making it the fastest growing waste stream in the UK.
 
Much of the UK’s WEEE ends up in landfill, where the lead and other toxins it contains can cause soil and water contamination.
 
This can have a harmful effect on natural habitat, wildlife and also human health.

    Highly recommended

    An excellent product which works really well. I had a seized and severely rounded and chewed up oil drain plug on an old Mercedes. I tried loads of other methods to remove it, but couldn't even get it to budge slightly . When I tapped the extractor stud on ( 13mm in this case), the nut came off with ease, with a very tight grip on the nut at all times. The extractor tool has not deteriorated in any way and is still as good as new, so can be re used. This is an excellent set of tools which I would recommend you get if you have a seized nut or similar problem. Don't waste your money on more expensive products as this works very well.

    Worked a treat to remove rounded off bolt

    A bolt holding a brake calipers on my Landrover has rounded off.I tried hammering a 12 point socket the next size down on it, no use! I thought of welding a nut to it but the space was tight so I kept that option as last resort. I purchased this kit, hammered the appropriate sized remover on, applied my breaker bar and it was undone instantly!!!! Brilliant job!!!

    Great to move that Security Bolt when the Socket is Lost

    Absolutely Wonderful Product, I purchased a used 2004 Porsche 911 Turbo, The Security Bolt that was in the Automobile come to find out when I tried to get it inspected Did not fit the bolt, I call the place of purchase, Dead end, I tried everything, Found this product in EBay's purchased it, and with a litlle effort, Problem solved, Great Product, Truly would Recommend

    Great product!

    Removed old rusty bolt with no issues. Only thing I would mention is that the socket slipped when using a wrench, however worked perfect with impact gun. No damage on socket after use, good quality steel.

    If you have a rounded nut please try these hammer them on they will remove them for sure . I bought this set for the small ones that comes in the set i also have the big set would not be without them now,
