    Ordered Clinch nuts and received a bag of bolts, see photo. Contacted seller, said the correct item would be sent right away. A friendly reminder two weeks later, insisted the item was shipped... no tracking, never received. All communications stopped after that. I Can't understand how or why someone in good standing, with good feedback, is willing to take negative feedback over a $14 item.
