When this happens, We reserves the right to end communications with the abusive party. In extreme cases we reserve the right to take further appropriate action to ensure such communications stop.
 
DAMAGE & SHORTAGES
We must be informed of any incorrect goods, damages or shortage within a maximum 7 days from date of delivery.Claims must be made in writing via email or message service, photos must be provided as proof. no claim will be accepted without photographic proof. photos must be of a quality and size to ensure recognition of products.
 
SHIPPING
Goods will only be dispatched to residential or business addresses we retain the right to cancel orders where the shipping address is Parcel Motel or any other intermediate address.

Good product, excellently packed. UNFORTUNATELY sad Royal Mail '48hrs Signed For Service' took 2 days to find my doorbell. Wasted two days for me staying home to receive it. Even then they did not ask me to sign anything. I will not be using/buying from any seller who 'uses' this so called 'Royal Mail Service' again.

service stated was royal mail 48 tracked NOT signed for sorry but you are totally incorrect. item dispatched 20/02 and royal mail attempted delivery 22/02 but no one available for delivery, royal mail attempted and delivered next day 23/02 absolutely no fault of Royal Mail, you had tracking since dispatch and could check at any time package progress you would also have been informed expected 22/02 - 23/02 so absolutely no need to stay in for two days.

    Good quality, British, product.

    I've only used a tiny drop so far but it's an economical way tp purchase sewing machine oil and should last for years. I've also bought a small squeezy bottle with a long spout for extracing and using it and together they work well.

    EXCELLENT VALUE

    Very pleased with this sewing machine oil. being of excellent quality and so so SO much more economical than buying the little tiny bottles of oil sold in shops . My sewing machines run very quietly after use However I have to hide it away.... otherwise it goes walkabouts into the garage !

    Great On A Drill Press

    I bought this oil to use on Paul Sellers style "rag in a can" and to use with my drill press as I was drilling through a significant amount of metal pieces for a project. It is excellent for for both uses and I imagine it will do most things a much more expensive oil will.
