    Truly needs an amp

    Great sounding speakers chose these over JBL only due to MB Quarts could handle more power. Installed these with my aftermarket radio pushing 20 watts per channel, they sound great and even better at almost full volume. I plan on hooking to my 4 channel amp 50 watts per channel, then these should really rock my 11 chevy 1500. Btw: make your life easier for chevy trucks get the door speaker adapters for best fit option for the woofer.

    Didn't measure up

    I installed them in a GMC van so the woofers are mounted low and the tweeters I mounted high. All custom enclosures. Anyway, they really do sound good at lower listening levels. Its when I turn them up that I don't care for them. Not sure what's going on but they hurt my ears and not in a good way. I have a lot of variables that may not be applicable to your situation. Again, this could be my vehicle, my amp, my head unit, etc.

    Mb quatz components speakers

    Great component setup I have it hooked up to my pioneer aftermarket radio it sounds great but a 50x4 amp would make them sound even better.. highly recommend this setup for the price

    Garage speaker experiment

    Good product for the price point... I used them wired in series in a sealed cabinet for my garage stereo running an 80watt rms Yamaha receiver. They perform very well in this application.
