DAMAGE & SHORTAGES
We must be informed of any incorrect goods, damages or shortage within a maximum 7 days from date of delivery.Claims must be made in writing via email or message service, photos must be provided as proof. no claim will be accepted without photographic proof. photos must be of a quality and size to ensure recognition of products.
 
SHIPPING
Goods will only be dispatched to residential or business addresses we retain the right to cancel orders where the shipping address is Parcel Motel or any other intermediate address.

    good value, good product

    the product is good value for money, and the manufacturer has been producing oils and additives for many years.so there is a good track record of quality. the quantity measurements (100ml/45 litres) is quite clear but trying to work out how much to use say for 361/2 litres would fry my brain and if you get the right answer you still got to measure it out.. so i think it would be easier to say something like "1 cap full / gallon (4.5 litres ) would solve a lot of brain ache.
