      Rip off Amazon book - not the real Omni diet!

      Do not buy this is you're looking for the original Omni diet book with all the recipes - this is one of those 'summary', cheaply made books produced by Amazon - almost a pamphlet describing the content of the original book. Not sure how Amazon get away with this breach of copyright - I just guess they have the best lawyers!!!

      You can't do the diet using this book

      This book is not how to do the diet just someone's opinion of the diet and it's poorly written and printed. A total waste of money.

      Easy read and to put into practice

      Not much to the book but it is simple and straight forward - the diet is very easy to put into practice. Lost a stone in five weeks so happy with the results
