We arranged collection of your unit on the date of first contact to allow us to investigate your issue. The unit arrived the morning after collection yet within less than 2 hours of arrival you had left this feedback before we had chance to open the box...After checking, its clear why, The compressor wheel has been destroyed by a foreign object, which looks very much like a nut, Id presume you are fully aware of this hence your reluctance to return the item and your threatening messages!
