This product was somewhat as described, but it's a bit deceptive. The scratches on the top were very noticeable. When I attempted to connect to the internet, it could not detect a wifi network adapter. Every one of these computers come from the factory with a wifi network adapter, so that means that mine that came in my newly purchased laptop is defective. I purchased this as a Christmas present for my son, so unfortunately there is not enough time to return the item and get a replacement. My only option now was to buy a $60 wifi adapter to get it to work wirelessly. Needless to say I am overall disappointed.
