Does the job ok
This is 400ml which I would say is minimum size considering some will be fat, I filled this to the brim with juices from a 1.5kg silverside joint. It's made of hard plastic apart from the lid which is softer.

Tasty Gravy
Does what it says, works fine, but made in hard plastic, that will crack when dropped. This is the third seperator we have had, and they crack easily.
