Nice simple effective machine
I love this pin remover though I would question how it can take the back off a watch. For best results do not unscrew the round 'platform' more than one and a quarter turns or it will foul the pin removing part and possible cause breakage of the machine. I'm actually a bit of a duffer but I altered the bracelet on wife's latest watch in about 10 minutes. There were 4 pins to remove and 2 to put back. To think I paid a jeweller £5 previously! This machine is a 'must have' if you like watches with bracelets. As someone else said, the 'platform' might need to be uplifted with a 20p coin or something else to line up the tool with the bracelet pin.I love this pin remover though I would question how it can take the back off a watch. Good function and easy to use.
I had 2 watches which I needed to remove the backs from. 1 came undone very easily, the other, which was an older and cheaper watch , would not come undone I blame the operator and the watch and not the tool.

watch case opener
very good tool for opening my watch back case. well made and looks robust. the tool is simple in design and appears to be made of good quality steel with the locating pins made of strong black steel. my watch case back was pretty tight but the pins located well with no slippage (just need to hold them in firm) and unscrew. would recommend getting a new rubber seal as mine had expanded and wouldn't fit back. For the price this tool is excellent very good tool for opening my watch back case. well made and looks robust. the tool is simple in design and appears to be made of good quality steel with the locating pins made of strong black steel. my watch case back was pretty tight but the pins located well with no slippage (just need to hold them in firm) and unscrew. would recommend getting a new rubber seal as mine had expanded and wouldn't fit back.
