Seller sent an item that was nothing like the photo. I bought shorts and he sent briefs - definitely not the item in the photo. The only thing the same was the colour. He then tried to argue the description was right, but the photo was wrong, so it not his fault and wanted me to pay return P&P! I had to get Ebay to step in to get a returns label as he initially refused to send one. I returned the item then had to complain to Ebay again when my refund hadn't arrived over a fortnight later.

As it says on the advert photo is for reference only, as for P&P advert states buyer pays for return postage, and the items did NOT get returned. Another customer just trying it on.
