Good product. Fairly strong. Does the work for shoulder pain / frozen shoulder . Physiotherapist use this for shoulder pain recovery exercises . May not be suitable for young people into body building and heavy duty fitness exercises. You need something from a gym then. My wife 58 yrs old found it very suitable for her needs in frozen shoulder recuperation.
