Large Item found out the size was incorrect part way through assembly. Contacted FFX, but they ignored my first message, then wouldn't give any concession, even though they acknowledged the incorrect advertisement on listing. Tried to blame Sealey. They had a 15% sale the day after, so there was wiggle room here, however with me there was no compromise, I was left with a smaller item than expected. ONLY solution was a return. Tried to contact them by ebay x3, email & phone absolutely no movement
