    Traditional country garden

We used to have these in our kitchen garden when I first moved. It is related to the borage family, although I am not sure if it is still used. It lives on sandy stone but I have seen it in clay soil and throughout the UK. I imagine it may have been used for making angelica as it has a pretty flower. • Beautiful colour...

Have had there's seeds previously, a great success. They have an unusual smell when you rub them with your hand. Bees love them too.

  • Lovely wild flowers

It's a packet of seeds which I don't sow until next year. What else can I say except I've wanted this plant since seeing it growing wild. Hope seeds germinate.
