    I’ve ordered the same item from this seller every Christmas since 2019, but unfortunately I won’t again. I placed my order on 19th Aug. It was delayed due to server malfunction. I was happy to wait. Order dispatched 2nd Sept. I contacted the seller on 12th Sept. to say it hadn’t arrived. They said they thought it was stuck in the system or lost and asked if I wanted a refund or replacement. I chose replacement. I’ve heard nothing since then. I’ve waited over 5 weeks and ended up being ignored.
