Not as warm in colour as the halogen bulbs, I'd describe it more as a neutral light (not particularly warm but not cool either). Interestingly the ones in my cooker hood flicker slightly whereas the one in my cabinet light doesn't, it's quite an old cooker hood but not 100% sure why this is.
