I’ve ordered many books from this company but the one thing I find extremely annoying is that they use the same tracking number for items which have been ordered in one transaction but which they’ve posted separately. If all the books turn up then all is well, but where does that leave the customer if some go missing? The tracking gives the impression that all books have been received when it may only be one of many items which has arrived.

I think this item (which was one of four bought at the same time as part of a special offer) had to be re-despatched. I told them it didn't arrive with the other books so they made arrangements to get it to me ASAP. They said it would be despatched within 48 hours and it was despatched within 24. I had it on my doorstep in 3 days, in very good condition as described. Very happy with the price and the service, highly recommended seller. Very professional.
