Device arrived securely packaged and in excellent condition. Charging cable, screen protector and earphones included. The price is fair for the quality. Note: the device does NOT work with many apps. Trying to download Spotifiy and Stingray was unsuccessful. I did not see a note about this in the description. Perhaps I missed it. It should be called out prominently, though.

False advertising, as the product is not new, even though it claims to be! EarPods, charging cable, and iPod touch all initially appear and were repackaged as "new", but there are slight scratches, home button is not straight, there is no documentation in the box, typos on the rear packaging, and the iPod has been updated to iOS 9, when it would have shipped with iOS 6 if it was new, as claimed. While the iPod is in good condition, this is clearly a refurbished product and should be listed as so
