      I suffer with arthritis in the joints and highly recommend freeze gel.

      I used to be able to get it at our local stores but no longer. I have used freeze gel for the past four years two knee replacements and two fusion operations on my ankles and I that freeze gel was of great help regarding pain and swelling.

      I am crippled with arthritis in most of my joints and especially on my left side. My left leg is particularly painful and I rubbed this on my left knee and hip and I actually slept on my left hip without much discomfort. I would recommend this it is warming and soothing
