Free shipping offered with USPS. When I complained they said USPS undependable. If that's case use another shipper. I dont get to choose the shipper. Secondly, shortly after purchasing they offered a 10% discount. I brought to there attention thinking they would refund difference from my order. Said no you bought before offer was made.
