Neither the photos or description represented that. There were plenty of posts for the same club on eBay and wouldn’t have purchased this one if I’d known about the grip. I sent it to FedEx the next day, which was Saturday. It was picked up on Tuesday the 27th because Monday was Memorial Day. I don't know why it went to California. I was annoyed about that too. It was out of our control. All I can do is get the item to the carrier ASAP. If the packaging was beat up that is also on the carrier. In the future, you should privately message buyers if you are unhappy. This could have been easily fixed.Follow-up from: l***1- Feedback followed up on by buyer.- Feedback followed up on by buyer.I had to have the club re-gripped immediately. In the future, you should accurately describe your items and provide accurate photos where appropriate if you don’t want to receive poor feedback. I considered leaving negative feedback.
