By completing this transaction you are confirming acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.
 
1) 98% of my cards for sale are included in the Multi-buy offer, please add Any (2) or more cards in your eBay shopping basket to receive the current offer and as long as the cards are included eBay will automatically reduce the price of the Cards to reflect the Discount. All cards purchased separately can not be reduced for the Multi-buy offer sorry. Where applicable (3) for (2) offers please add 3 cards to your basket for an automatic discount to be applied.
 
2) Sending Items:
for fast & free items, Pay before 1.30 pm for same-day dispatch (except Saturday, Sundays, and Bank Holidays) We always aim to send your items as soon as we can, but reserve the right to take 1-2 working days to dispatch an item. Once dispatched your items should arrive within 1-3 working days but may take longer in cases of delays outside of our control.
We use Royal Mail - Sometimes Couriers may take extra time to deliver an item from general delays, during busy periods, bank holidays, etc, at this point items may take longer than our aimed 1-3 working days to get to you. Royal Mail says to allow 10 days before an item is classed as lost. We are a very honest eBay seller and always post items on time, but once we post are reliant on the post office to do their part.
All postage and packaging costs explained within listings are based on Mainland UK addresses a extra charge is added if outside this area.
 
3) Delivery Liability:
Items are sent to the address on your eBay account, please make sure this is correct as we cannot accept responsibility if your address details are incorrect or if you change the delivery address or location with the courier, this also includes telling the courier to deliver to a neighbour or secure location. we are only responsible for the delivery of the item(s) to the address on your eBay account and not for its safety if delivered to another location.
 
4) Cancelling/Changing your Order:
Once items are purchased if you wish to cancel or changed your order please email me through eBay as soon as possible as once I arrange delivery your order can not be changed.
 
5) Contact Information:

We will reply to all messages within 24 hours (not including Sundays or bank holidays).
 
6) Out-of-Stock Items:
All items are in stock at the time of listing but we are a working shop so there is a very small chance an item may sell out, If the item that you have ordered is out of stock then we will of cause contact you and offer you a refund or if you are happy to wait for the item to come back into stock, it will be dispatched to you as soon as it arrives to us. (usually 3 - 7 days)
 
7) Returns Policy:
Once you have received your order you have 30 days to return the item to us as long as it is unused/ unopened as new condition.
Please Use the eBay returns process and include your eBay username within the returned items packaging. Securely package the item. Also, obtain proof of postage. We advise using a sign for delivery as we cannot refund you if your return is lost in transit. We will then send you a full refund for the goods upon receiving the item, provided it is in its original packaging, this includes the plastic wrapper, tags and labels un-removed and bulbs unused. Your refund will be returned to the card with which you made your purchase, or using PayPal where appropriate.
The buyer is responsible for all the return costs of the item.
Our return address information will be provided by eBay when you start a return eBay process.
 
8) Returns Policy (faulty):
If you believe your item is faulty or has been damaged in transit please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item and tell us about the fault and upload pictures of any damage.
 
9) Payments:
Most customers use PayPal or Debit/Credit Cards through Ebay or PayPal.
