Some suggestions for Improvement : (though it seems many Loose-Herb supplies have these issues also.. -Quality check batches periodically -send items in Foil packaging instead* This way it keeps them fresh, and you can reduce size/cost/material of the packet. - Make sure actual herb matches the description (easy to know if quality issue)
