I bought these Mogami looms to upgrade from Hosa make. I could personally hear a difference. Audio sounds clearer. Seller communicated well and resolved small issue with replacement pins. Would recommend as the cables are reasonably priced.

No issues here with pins. It was about the receiving female screws that had different pitch on client's device. I sent him two new screws to replace the bad ones for free. Happy to help. Thank you for your feedback and order.

Item arrived as described but did take quite a bit longer to arrive than I had expected, given the listing. Communication could be a bit better in future… if I had known to expect a delay, it would have been fine. Seller said he was overwhelmed with having to make more items than he was used to.

Usually is fast but is a one man job for 3 shops including the official website where is more direct and the orders are taken in the order that arrived. Shipping is delayed sometimes from unknown reasons by the 3rd party shipping companies but arrived. Thank you for your order.

The client was served on Reverb and cancelled this order since he got the items from the Reverb store and was in hurry. He wanted 2 days delivery. He din't realized that bought from us as well so why to not leave a negative feedback with the cancelation. All purchased items are covered by eBay anyways.
