Great experience overall. Very happy with this item - second one we've had now, and they really work. Only small suggestion is that the sequins eventually break over time and we've been left with very sharp half sequins sticking out of the collar. Just be careful to keep an eye out for these. Also, it is frustrating having to root around inside the ruff for the clip every morning to put it on - would be great to have this retained like at the other end - easily done with a couple of stitches.

Hi, thank you for your suggestions, the previous UVR reflectors were rigid but we now have them custom made from a soft pliable material so 1000's of micro holograms are heated & melt into the fabric. With regard to your second suggestion - ideally you should check/alter the fit every day to ensure your cats safety, if the inner collar were stitched in place you would no longer be able to adjust it, but, when you take the collar off, simply fasten it to prevent it slipping back into the collar.

The cat is definately far more visible with this collar on. As it seems birds strongest sense is sight, this should make a big difference and doesnt bother the cat who had been used to wearing a collar already.
