Excellent shaver the best yet!!
At half price this is a super purchase, I have always bought Braun shavers and I usually wait until a current models is being replaced when you get some great discounts. With a new Braun Series 9 Pro due for launch the old model is a star buy.

I have used Phillips shavers predominantly for decades and the last 2 years I was using a Phillips series 3 (2 of them) & for a change a Remington R5. Those 3 shavers are essentially useless compared to the Braun 9477. I thought I'd spend some more money on an electric shaver & although it's early days yet it does a great job unlike the aforementioned 3 shavers which didn't last long & their effectiveness diminished swiftly.
