My only complaint would be that the cords should be blue, instead of grey. I know it a manufacturer thing, but if they were blue. They would be a dead ringer for a regular set of ear plugs. Other than that, they're great ear plugs.

If you listen to music or audio books or perhaps any white noises (rain, streams, etc) you can wear these to sleep with. Blocks outside noises (barking dogs, cars, etc) and you hear whatever you pipe in only. You roll over and you dont get that ear pain from rolling over on an ear bud in your ear. Nice product!!! A+++
