These shoes were very badly and cheaply made. There was not even enough strap to attach it to the buckle on the sling back but it would have been nice to be able to buckle the straps. I won't even bother to send them back as it is so much of a hassle and also costly. I wasn't expecting perfection of course, but if I could give no stars I would. I don't know how, or even if, they have staff to supervise the goods before they are sent to customers. Ultimately very disappointed with purchase.
