I finally reached out 2 weeks after paying vmdl41 for the Islanders scarf, and I heard nothing. I sent 4 more subsequent emails and again was completely ignored. eBay finally tried to contact this scoundrel and emailed me back saying “the seller had seen my message” and asked me to now send another email. So I did and was ignored for the last time before sending in the Heavy Hitters from the ebay Collections crew, and they must’ve made ‘em an offer they couldn’t refuse because I was refunded.

Logo on back of jersey was badly defective and/or damaged, had multiple other minor defects as well. Sent photos of the defects/damages, ZERO apology from seller (not a word even approaching an apology or empathy). Seller then chose to lose $20+ on shipping costs for a return instead of a $10-15 partial refund to resolve the issue and save me the hassle of having to return the defective, "not as described" item. Very poor customer service, will avoid this seller in future
