When I thought my first order of pain balm had gone missing, I contacted him and he responded immediately and sent a replacement which arrived in Ireland very quickly. However, be aware that it's not the same pain balm as in the shop's picture. It's the Rumalaya pain balm, from Himalaya, which is not quite as strong/good as the one I usually get, but it's still good. Thanks again Yogesh
