Arrived very quickly. Had an issue getting them to clip on at first but resolved easily, see below for advice. The bracket I had is slightly too wide for the design so the hooks went in fine but wouldn't clip at the back. Just had to unscrew, crimp my existing hinge around the edges where it was too wide for the clips with a pair of pliers and give a little tap with a hammer each side to get it to seat the first time. Once it was in place it clipped in and out easily but was still secure.

Craig was very accommodating when it came to realising the design has changed over the last couple of years. Our hinges are now classed as the 'old' style, even though the kitchen is only 5 years old, so the originally sent soft close mechs didn't fit. After a couple of images, Craig sent the ones that fit without quibble, so we're very happy bunnies, thank you.

    Poor quality hinges

    This hinge mechanism is a clip on unit that works fine but the two lugs that fit on the hinge to secure it are very soft metal and can shear off during normal use. I have a new fitted kitchen and after only 12 months I have had to replace two hinges that just snapped and dropped off.
