Fast delivery ( 48hr Tracked ). VAG software was pre loaded , I had purchased BMW so not a good start. This was sorted out very quickly and I was able to log into my Foxwell account and download the correct software. The Foxwell account is very easy to use and you need to register your scanner with them before it will work and download the software you have purchased onto the SD card supplied and put into the scanner.
Bear in mind if you email them you may not get a reply until the next day.

Fast delivery, product works well on BMW so far but unable to reset brake pad sensor warning light using the scanner. Will keep trying to reset using the scanner, trying a work around, but probably will have to reset using INSTA D software to perform the reset.
