Delivery company contacted me to complain seller had not loaded item onto a pallet and refused to attempt delivery.
Contacted seller Friday after waiting in all day and despite multiple WhatsApp messages got no reply.
In desperation contacted the delivery company who advised seller had placed delivery “on hold”
Finally got the delivery company to load onto a pallet and deliver today.
Hope the item is better than the Customer Service!
