    Wrong item sent

    I ordered a full set of mudguards from Rates Ford at the start of September which I've just had the time to fit. They sent the correct ones for my 2019 kuga but the back ones where for a kuga up to 2016. I should have thought at the time as they came from 2 different suppliers. Now I've got to pay out again to get the correct ones and it won't be from Rates in case they do it again.
