Warranty - Battery Operated Ride-on Toys
 
All Outdoortoys Battery Operated Ride-on Toys (“Ride-On”) come with a 6 months Limited Warranty, please see below for details of parts not covered by warranty (“Warranty”) which extends to the original retail purchaser only, proof of purchase will be required to validate any claim.
 
Please Note: Part or model specifications are subject to change without notice.You are required to keep the box the Ride-on was delivered in for the duration of the warranty, failure to do so may invalidate the Warranty.
 
By purchasing and using your newBattery Operated Ride-on Toy (“Ride-On”)you agree to be bound by the terms of this Warranty as set out below.
What the Warranty covers:
 
- This Warranty only coversdefects in materials or workmanship which result in the Ride-on malfunctioning.
- The Warranty is only valid if the electric Ride-on is used under normal conditions for its intended purposes by a person who is below the maximum weight as stated by the manufacturer, who properly fits in the toy and is capable of controlling the toy correctly.
- The Warranty is also only valid if the assembly of the Ride-on was performed correctly, the Ride-on has not been modified in any way and has also been maintained correctly and any adjustments that are made are only done in accordance with those described in the owner’s manual provided with the Ride-on
- The Warranty is only valid in the UK
The Warranty does not cover and will be voided if:
 
- The Ride-on is used in a manner contrary to the instructions as stated in the Owner’s Manual included with the Ride-on
- If the Ride-on is exported outside of the UK
- If the Ride-on is incorrectly assembled
- If the Ride-on is damaged due to incorrect use, misuse, accident or abuse
- If the Ride-on is damaged due to alterations or modifications which have been made to the Ride-on or repairs performed by an unauthorized engineer.
- If the owner of the Ride-on has failed to perform regular, correct maintenance
- If the Ride-on is rented or used for commercial purposes
- The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or any other causes not arising from defects in materials or workmanship

Razor Limited Warranty
 
Razor warranty their products to be free of manufacturing defects for a period of 90 days, for electric powered products, from the date of purchase. This Limited Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, wheel, or any damage, failure or loss caused by improper assembly, maintenance, storage or mis-use.
 
Razor’s Limited Warranty will be void if the product is ever:
• used in a manner other than for recreation or transportation;
• modified in any way;
• rented.
 
Razor is not liable for incidental or consequential loss or damage due directly or indirectly to the use of this product.
 
For your records, Razor recommend you save your original sales receipt with your Razor product manual and write the serial number directly on your product manual for reference.

    Great product but very poor battery life !

    Even after a 12 hour charge, my son is getting roughly a hour play time before it needs charging again. He’s had many electrical ride on devices and non seem to be this bad for battery life in past. My other son wanted one for his birthday but I’m very reluctant now.

    Fast dizzy fun

    5 year old nephew is well impressed. People record him going to school on it. His mum pops the front wheel in a wheeled rucksack with handle to scoot it home. So its fast and fun. We have had a few spills when clipping path edging, so id leave the flag off till they get those out the way or it might snap off if it tips over. I firmly believe when he can drive and slips in the ice he will know what to do now lol. Also we are upgrading it to lithium lifepo4 10ah for over twice the range. 5 miles is still good in my eyes. Make sure to charge it well before use to condition the battery and after every use. Leave it flat for a day or more and you degrade the capacity instantly as its lead acid. Not sure why people are moaning about only 1 hour runtime. Id expect 40 minutes as it says ...

    It nt even keep the charge tell the child gets up down the Lichtenstein as got this for my son as xmas gift and my granson got the same thing out shop
