I bought the DRO and X/Y scales. Fitted them over a weekend and tested the DRO. All great - meaured using a 123 block. There was a problem when I got ready to actually use the DRO - the screen suddenly went blank and would not turn back on. Lynne and I did some remote troubleshooting and I found the onboard fuse on the internal PSU had blown. A new unit was shippwd and recieved within two days. Just installed it now and working again. Great service and appreciated the response. Would buy again.

DRO was delivered very quickly 3 axis with scales. Only bench tested so far,however, there does not seem to be any problems. The supplied brackets and fixings are very good. And brackets with the scales are very substantial. My order was checked by Lynne via email to check that I had ordered correct scale lengths. It was the positive feedback from other purchasers that made me decide to use this supplier. The feedback for them was excellent. I will use them again. Excellent quality and service
