The ball pin didn't line up to lock the handle in place. It was half mm off center. We contacted the seller who didn't reply. We tried the jack on our classic car. It lifted it up with just 3-4 up and down movements of the handle. If you take the handle out the "socket" when jacked up. The socket springs up. We had to use a socket set then to release it onto the axe stands. As we were not able to re-insert the handle.
