An absolutely outstanding Ebayer. Called to let me know when. it was going to arrive, although a tracking number could have been provided to save them the time, but a nice touch none the less. The spent a few hours via video call to help resolve an issue, we had to replace the unit but as soon as I showed proof of posting back, a new one was shipped out and agin, a courtesy call and time spent on a Sunday evening via video to set up. I can't recommend highly enough, 10 stars from me. A++++
