Raised with seller who initially asked for photos and then just said 'is it not suitable' and 'they have sent what was ordered, there's nothing they can do' - which is untrue as I hadn't ordered pastel paper. Very unhelpful response, wrong item received and so I was very disappointed with this transaction and would not recommend them.
