Items arrived in great condition, exactly as described. Had great pulls. Just wish they would ship through FedEx or something better. It takes about two weeks to get the package in the mail, sometimes it stays 5 days in one spot without moving so it can be frustrating. 10 days to get your item sounds reasonable but 15 is a lot for the price of the item. And the tracking is delayed. Shipping needs improvement for sure but the rest is great! Would buy again from this seller!
