Had to cut the lining to expose the inside head of the old rivet (later glued back together with evo stick). Removed rivet by crushing inwards with small pliers. Rivited new one in place with one plain punch (old bolt would do) in vice and another on the inside held by hand then hit a few times GENTLY with hammer and job done!
