The wheels on the roll fine but they do twist on uneven surfaces ie the bag rotates. They do fold to near flat. One of the bags got a few holes in it from the airline baggage which surprised me as they are quite strong fabric.

Item was in excellent condition, good quality and good value . I contacted Bag Magic who were very helpful in organising the return and providing instructions on what to do. They offered either a refund or to send the correct colour. As I needed the case for going away, I bought a different bag and requested a refund.
